This talented woman right here, I greatly admire! Her bell sleeves are an added modification to a vintage pattern. She was attempting to create a look reminiscent of the swinging sixties and groovy seventies. Mission accomplished! When she says, minimal accessories are needed for this outfit, I completely agree!
